Why a sand filter system?
The pool water is directed through the filter tank filled with filter sand. Dirt particles are retained in the filter medium. The uniform flow through the filter bed ensures reliable cleaning performance, while the filter sand can be easily cleaned by backwashing.

Tip for the Perfect Start
Check the integrated pressure gauge regularly during operation. Increased pressure may indicate that the system needs to be backwashed. Regularly cleaning the filter medium helps maintain the system's filtration performance.

If your desired product is in stock, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
If the product is not in stock at the time of your order, the estimated delivery time is 7–50 business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on product availability.

For products in stock, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.
If the product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time is 10–50 business days.
Delivery
Delivery will be made by parcel service or freight forwarder, depending on the product and delivery address. For freight forwarder deliveries, the delivery date will be coordinated with you in advance.
The stated delivery times apply from the time the order or payment has been received by us and the product is ready for shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, additional customs, import, or other country-specific fees may apply.

Returns & Refunds
A return is generally possible within the statutory 14-day cancellation period.
Condition of Goods
The goods must be unused. The pool must not have been inflated or filled with water.
Please also ensure that the goods are returned complete and, if possible, in their original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, the return will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt for visible damage. If your iPoolGo arrives damaged or there is another problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
