Usage Instructions

Spread the soft cover evenly over the pool and carefully tighten the drawstring. Remove larger amounts of water, snow or heavy objects from the cover promptly. Store the cover completely dry if it will not be used for an extended period.

Safety Notice: The soft cover is not a load-bearing safety cover. Do not walk or stand on the cover. It does not replace appropriate safety measures for protecting children or pets around the pool.

We want your iPoolGo to arrive quickly and without complications. All orders are shipped directly from our European warehouse, provided the desired product is in stock.

Austria, Germany, Switzerland & Liechtenstein

Free Shipping

If your desired product is in stock, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

If the product is not in stock at the time of your order, the estimated delivery time is 7–50 business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on product availability.

Other Countries within the European Union

Shipping Costs: €99

For products in stock, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.

If the product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time is 10–50 business days.

Delivery

Delivery will be made by parcel service or freight forwarder, depending on the product and delivery address. For freight forwarder deliveries, the delivery date will be coordinated with you in advance.

The stated delivery times apply from the time the order or payment has been received by us and the product is ready for shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, additional customs, import, or other country-specific fees may apply.

These costs are not included in the shipping price and are borne by the recipient. The processing and payment of the incurred fees are handled by the recipient directly with the competent authorities or the shipping service provider.

Returns & Refunds

A return is generally possible within the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

Condition of Goods

The goods must be unused. The pool must not have been inflated or filled with water.

Please also ensure that the goods are returned complete and, if possible, in their original packaging.

Return Process

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can inform you of the further steps and the return address.

Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, the return will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt for visible damage. If your iPoolGo arrives damaged or there is another problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
