If your desired product is in stock, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
If the product is not in stock at the time of your order, the estimated delivery time is 7–50 business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on product availability.

Delivery
Delivery will be made by parcel service or freight forwarder, depending on the product and delivery address. For freight forwarder deliveries, the delivery date will be coordinated with you in advance.

How quickly can the iPoolGo be set up?
The actual setup only takes about 10–15 minutes with the included high-performance electric pump. Simply unpack, unroll, and inflate. Then, connect the filter technology and fill the pool with water. Filling takes about 1–3 hours, depending on the pool size and water pressure.
What kind of subsoil do I need for the iPoolGo?
The ground should be even, stable, and free from sharp objects such as stones, roots, or branches. The pool can be set up, for example, on grass, tiles, a wooden deck, or paving stones. A concrete slab is not absolutely necessary. For additional protection and better insulation, we recommend the included ground tarp.
Is a filter system included?
This depends on the chosen model or package. Depending on the version, the iPoolGo is offered as a complete set including a powerful sand filter system. The corresponding technology can be connected quickly and without additional tools using the Easy-Click system.
Where does iPoolGo Europe deliver?
We deliverthroughout Europe. Shipping is free withinAustria, Germany, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. Delivery is made by freight forwarder directly to your home.
How long is the warranty on my iPoolGo?
Your iPoolGo comes with a 2-year warranty. If a defect occurs within this period, you can contact our customer service at any time. We will assist you with the further processing and together find a suitable solution.
Can I operate the iPoolGo with salt water?
Yes, the iPoolGo can be operated with salt water without any problems. The high-quality and robust material construction is suitable for use with salt water and allows you flexible use in water treatment.
Can I use my existing pool pump?
Yes, you can generally use an existing pool pump with the iPoolGo. Your existing equipment can be connected using commercially available adapters. This way, you can continue to use your existing pool equipment and don't necessarily have to buy a new pump.
Can I store the iPoolGo again after the summer?
Yes. This is precisely one of the great advantages of the drop-stitch construction. After the season, the pool is emptied, cleaned, and completely dried. Then, the air can be deflated, and the pool can be folded. This way, it can be stored compactly and dry over the winter – for example, in the basement, garage, or attic.
